Field Notes
A private podcast for Fireweed Acupuncture newsletter subscribers.
Join me behind the scenes each month for a conversation about Chinese medicine practices tailored to the season, practical health experiments and habit changes, and the mindset shifts that make change actually stick.
These podcasts give me the chance to go deeper into what I'm learning, observing in the clinic, and testing in my own life - available only to newsletter subscribers!

E4 February - Spring Energy, Liver Qi Stagnation and Your "Check Engine" Light
Spring has started! And we’re in a new Lunar Year. Join me on a small side quest about lunisolar calendars and learn a bit more about the Yang Fire Horse! I also talk a lot about Spring’s organ, the Liver, and it’s important role of keeping Qi flowing smoothly in the body, as well as what can happen when Qi isn’t flowing smoothly: Liver Qi Stagnation. I also talk about how this pattern is the “check engine” light of the body, and daily practices to help keep Qi moving.

I also have a few updates on new online offerings and upcoming clinic price changes, as well as offer a few resources and organizations you can support in Minneapolis.
