Fireweed Acupuncture is a full-spectrum Chinese medicine clinic located in the Beaverdale neighborhood in Des Moines, Iowa. I offer one-on-one appointments with acupuncture, cupping, massage (tui na), herbal medicine, gua sha, and other Chinese medicine practices. I also offer health, wellness, and resiliency coaching and virtual classes and community through Fireweed Space. I specialize in helping people manage complex chronic health conditions, such as chronic pain (including fibromyalgia, headaches and migraines, low back pain, etc.), digestive disorders (IBS, IBD, constipation and diarrhea, etc.), menstrual cycle concerns, managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and problems with sleep (insomnia, fatigue, etc.), as well as mental wellness, emotional health, and managing stress.
