Fireweed Acupuncture is a full-spectrum Chinese medicine clinic located in the Beaverdale neighborhood in Des Moines, Iowa. We offer acupuncture, cupping, massage (tui na), herbal medicine, gua sha, and other Chinese medicine practices, including facial rejuvenation and microneedling services. We also offer health coaching and periodic classes and events from a Chinese medicine and holistic health perspective. We specialize in helping people manage complex chronic health conditions, such as chronic pain (including fibromyalgia, headaches and migraines, low back pain, etc.), digestive disorders (IBS, IBD, constipation and diarrhea, etc.), menstrual cycle concerns, managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and problems with sleep (insomnia, fatigue, etc.), as well as mental wellness, emotional health, and managing stress.
