Here’s what to expect next:

You will get a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed. This is a manual process, so if it’s “after hours,” you may not receive this until tomorrow.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll also receive an email inviting you to activate your account with a company called “Practice Better”- this is my booking and health records software. Please activate your account! This is how you will be able to fill out your forms, book future appointments, communicate directly with me, and receive my feedback for you after your first appointment.
Please complete your intake form and sign the consent forms at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to review your information carefully before your appointment. It should take 20-25 minutes to fill out the intake form, and a bit longer to sign the consent forms.
