2026 New Offerings and Pricing Update
Happy New Year!
As we move into 2026, I have a few important practice updates! I have several new offerings that I am excited to share with you, including a new type of in-person appointment, virtual Resiliency Coaching appointments, and a variety of online offerings. Also, starting March 1st, I will be increasing my rates for all patient appointments. Keep reading to learn all the details!
New In-Person Appointment Offering
I am now offering a 75-minute Acupuncture + Coaching appointment! This appointment is designed for people who would like a bit more time to talk through their health or lifestyle practices, such as supplements, dietary changes, setting and achieving goals, and other topics. We’ll have around 45 minutes to check in on your progress from the previous appointment and really dig into what you’d like to work on before your next follow-up appointment. Then, you’ll receive a hands-on acupuncture treatment to finish out your session! These appointments are great for people looking for a bit more hands-on help with what they’re working on (or just like to chat a bit longer!). This appointment doesn’t include bodywork (massage, cupping, etc.), but can be added for an additional fee.
New Online Offerings
I'm also excited to share that I'm expanding my offerings beyond one-on-one appointments! Navigating my own increasing health challenges over the past year has given me a fresh perspective on how people need different types of support at different times, and not everyone needs to access in-person appointments to benefit from quality care.

These offerings are designed to be both affordable and genuinely useful, whether you're on my waiting list, prefer a more self-guided approach right now, or simply want to deepen what we work on together between appointments!
I am also offering Virtual Resiliency Coaching sessions for people seeking the benefits of Chinese medicine and health coaching from the comfort of their home (or office, or car, or…). These sessions are open to anyone in the world - not just Iowa! We’ll explore yeng sheng lifestyle practices, such as food therapy, mindfulness practices, qi gong, and more, as well as mindset and behavior change techniques to help you meet your goals. The purpose of these coaching sessions is to help you build up a resiliency toolbox to help you manage when life gets (or stays!) challenging. Learn more about Resiliency Coaching here.
I'm really excited to have more ways to make helpful information more accessible to everyone who needs it, and to share information that blends practical strategies for sustainable change with the Chinese medicine framework that guides my practice.
Rate Adjustment Beginning March 1, 2026
Beginning March 1, 2026, I'll be adjusting my rates for all follow-up patient visits, and New Patient appointments will increase in price effective February 1, 2026. Like many healthcare providers, I've seen significant increases in operating costs, from clinic supplies (especially with the impact of tariffs!), to liability insurance, to software and card processing fees. Until now, I have continued to absorb the increases, but that’s just no longer sustainable for me.
This increase will help ensure I can continue providing you with the dedicated one-on-one attention that's at the heart of how I practice. I'm deeply grateful for the trust you place in me, and I don’t take price increases lightly! I’ve done my best to provide options that offer flexibility, including memberships and appointment packages, while still maintaining a sustainable practice. Check out the details below!
The short version of the changes:
Most appointments are increasing by $10 per visit, although some are slightly different due to supply costs (notably, Acupuncture + Holistic Facial Rejuvenation appointments). See below for the specific price increase for each appointment type.
All late cancel fees will also be increasing to match the increase in visit cost; please refer to the Financial Policies form sent to you in the patient portal for the updated fee schedule. These fees are effective as of March 1, 2026.
I offer three ways to save a bit of money on in-person appointments:
Memberships, which include 2 appointments of your chosen type per month and the opportunity to purchase additional appointments at the same discounted rate. Memberships make the most sense for patients who visit the clinic 2+ times per month. Learn more about memberships here!
The per appointment cost after the rate increase will be the same rate as the current prices (for example, the discounted Membership acupuncture-only appointments will be $85 per session, which is the current per-visit rate).
Appointment Packages of 5 appointments, which offer $5 off per appointment compared to the cost when purchased individually. Appointment packages are ideal for people who visit the clinic once a month. Appointment packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Learn more about appointment packages here!
The current 10% discount for people receiving State/Federal assistance is still in effect! This discount applies to individual appointments only, not to memberships or packages. Visit the FAQ and/or Financial Policies page for more information, or email me!

Updated Pricing
All updated pricing for follow-up appointments is effective March 1, 2026! Any packages purchased before the rate increase will be honored at their original value - you won’t need to pay the difference. All New Patient Appointments after February 1, 2026, will be charged the increased New Patient Appointment rate. New Appointment Package and Membership types will be available on March 1, 2026.

Includes personalized written plan with Chinese medicine practices for you to try at home, as well as access to an app with demos of specific recommendations for self-care at home.
Re-Evaluation Acupuncture-Only 75 minutes - $135 (+$30 with bodywork)
For past patients whose last appointment was 6+ months prior, who would like to re-establish care for the same or similar concern (email for details)
Cupping-Only 30-minute (Current Patients only) - $60
Monthly Memberships - Includes 2 appointments per month

Members also have the option to purchase additional visits of the same type during the month at the same discounted per-visit rate as their membership (see prices listed above). Packages expire in 6 months from the date of purchase. Patients may only have one active package at a time, and the packages are non-transferable (they can only be used by the person for whom it was purchased), are only eligible for the selected appointment type, and the value cannot be applied to another appointment type.
